Day 1

After a rather noisy and excitable night sleep (or lack of!), the children arose to a very frosty morning at Glasbury house. They started the day with a very hearty breakfast and completed some jobs around the house.


Once the children were told their activity for the day, they were advised on what to wear.... lots of layers!!

The activities for the day were: Group A - Adventure, Group B - Canoeing and Group C -Caving.


All children had a fantastic time and came back feeling a little tired.


After dinner they took part in an Orienteering Activity and wrote letters home.

    Hello Macy. Hope your having fun and being good? Me and Gran have just been looking at the photo's and they look great. Reminded me of the time when I was there years ago when dinosaurs roamed the area.lol Be good and enjoy yourself and we'll see you when you get home. Love from us all XXXXXXXX

    Hallo 8D I was searching up Glasbury a moment ago and this popped up.

    I used to go Manford Primary School (Hi, i'm Stevie Stedman XD )

    This brings back memories :3 Hope it's okay i post here as this seems like a place for parents to connect to their kids.
